About
Ian A. Elliott is a Forensic Research Psychologist with the Lucy Faithfull Foundation (LFF) and a part-time PhD student in Forensic Psychology at the University of Birmingham (UoB). At the UoB, his thesis is related to the etiology and offence processes of internet child pornography offenders.
Ian was awarded the 2011 Junior Award in Forensic Psychology by the British Psychological Society's Division of Forensic Psychology for notable work in the field of Forensic Psychology. He also received the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers' (ATSA) 2011 Graduate Student Award.
As a Research Psychologist with the LFF, Ian coordinates various research and evaluation activities across the organisation. The LFF is a UK child protection charity committed to reducing the risk of children becoming victims of sexual abuse through engagement with adult male, adult female and adolescent sexual offenders and survivors of sexual abuse. In particular the LFF provides a unique set of services for internet child pornography offenders and their families.
