As part of the Birmingham & Black Country CLAHRC (Collaborations for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care) I am contributing to research on health service redesign across three NHS Trusts. The research involves monitoring ongoing change, or service redesign in four clinical areas, and looking at the impact on the organisation, staff and patients.
I am also currently a Health Psychology Trainee where I am working towards my chartered status by fulfilling a number of competencies through my work place, such as advanced research methods, teaching and behaviour change interventions.
